
I used to work in a fast food restaurant and I really enjoyed slicing potatoes with a industrial slicer. Unfortunately, installing one of these in a small kitchen sounds silly, but even with the best cutting skills, it's almost impossible to get a perfect piece of fries every time. I can make perfectly cut fries. The only caveat is that I have to cut the potatoes in half or trim the edges so they're perfect for chopping. It's also good for chopping other things with the extra blades that come with it, but I plan on just using potatoes!
