I love how the app notifies me when someone signs up as well as when they complete workouts. It also keeps track of what type of workout they did and how long it took them. The only thing I don't like about this app is how sometimes it doesn't always sync with my other fitness apps which can be annoying. If you're looking for a way to keep track of your members progress and motivate them to stay active then this is the one for you. I am able to send out reminders to my members so they know what time they should be at the gym or if they missed a day of exercise.
