Check if your PC supports SGX for Blu-ray playback
I got this product directly from Pioneer bought. So far I am very satisfied with the product. However, I couldn't play Blu-ray discs on it because my $5,000 laptop doesn't support Intel Software Guard Extensions (SGX), at least to my knowledge. There might be a way to get it working, but it'll take me a few more hours to figure it out for sure. Not all PCs support SGX.
