not consistently good for switches

POE+ doesn't work when you can actually reach someone, they just stay silent, don't help or say nothing. Connections for different ports fall and disappear, maybe the firmware is buggy? DO NOT use these switches, but if you do, schedule reboots more often and it may save you some headaches. There's a reason they're a lot cheaper than the following. Final warning - do not buy.
