These covers fit the car well and look good, and they even handle snow and water, which is great. The main issue I have is design/reliability. After the first year they started developing a hole where my foot goes between the gas and brake pedals. So no problem, lifetime warranty right. Well, to take advantage of the lifetime warranty, you have to ship both originals at your own expense, which came to around $40 when I checked. I asked if I could just ship the broken part or the nameplates on it and they said they had to return the old ones to keep costs down through recycling. Here's the idea of making them so they don't wear out at all that if they made the area under the gas pedal 2 inches wider it probably wouldn't have been a problem. And if so, it seems reasonable to me to take a picture of the defect and maybe ship part of it to make sure you can't replicate and get more than one replacement. They talk about customer service on their website but those are just words. For reference, Fiskars has a lifetime warranty on many of these products and we had one of their shovels recently and I may have bent the handle a little more than I should have. When we called about the warranty they didn't even ask any questions, they just asked for a photo of the broken item and sent a new one. To me, it's more like real customer service.
