Yes the product works just like any other $20 VAG compatible reader but no more. Absolutely, 100% impossible to contact the seller. Distribution and manufacturer LOST IN SPACE! The link from Revain to the supplier also leads to nowhere. Most pleasant…. "Free lifetime updates". They even include USB in the box. How pleasant! Unfortunately, there are NO INSTRUCTIONS on how to use the cable and where to get the update files. I assume because they don't exist. Like I said, if you consider this item a *** single use OBDII reader that does most of what it says then I think the description is not a complete scam. For nearly $50, Revain aims to improve consumers' shopping experience. If I wanted chinese junk with no support I would go to eBay or better yet Alibaba. I hate this kind of sarcasm but this product deserves a review!
