Excellent product.I have one of the older garage door openers with the dip switches (12). This product works with the newer openers and the old one like mine. In my case you set the dip switches to the first door opener dip switches settings, then press the B, C or D button (indicates number of dip switches as some have 9 or 12) a yellow light comes on to say your selection of dip switches are accepted then press one of the three opener buttons on the front of the unit. A green light flashes and in three seconds (its setting up the configuration) you are set for that specific door. What took me a few seconds to realize you can then do the same for door opener two or three if you have that many. You just repeat the same process except just select a different button of the front of the remote.They have instructions for setting up the remote for the newer openers that have a learn button on the opener. There is a number for technical assistance if needed. What I really like is the remote is small. Probably 30 % smaller than a pack of cigarettes. Most of the others I have looked at are a lot larger and weight a lot more. Part of that is because they use one of the smaaler button batteries rather than a 9V battery. Anyway, works great. I would buy this remote again.
