I bought this watch for my 4 year old child. He was so excited about this, but the software update didn't install, so most of the features advertised (job list, alarms, colored wallpaper, etc.) weren't included in his watch. Pedometer and time only. I bought a Vívofit Jr 2 watch elsewhere for my other two children and it was fully functional so naturally my 4 year old was unhappy with his watch. I sent this watch back to the seller as a return. They included a long list of conditions in the return instructions, such as: B. If the item was opened, the original shipping cost would be deducted from my refund and a 20% restocking fee would be charged. I just sent it yesterday (return shipping at my own expense) so I don't know if I'll get a full refund yet, but I certainly should as the only reason I sent it back is because of this that it didn't work properly. I buy just about everything I can from Revain and have never had to pay to return an item or have been told there will be any deductions from my refund for the above items. I will never buy from this seller again!
