Review on 💡 TH0037 Electrical Hydraulic Knockout with Enhanced Warranty by Brandon Grzankowski

The tool itself seems fine but on my first hole (4 inches) the pull rod broke. First bent, then broken at the second hole. Don't worry, they have a 5 year guarantee. Obviously not. I contacted the company, also without a response. Guaranteed lies. After just a month, I was forgotten as a buyer with the ability to write a review. Bad move. The tool is now unusable. Update: After some fiddling with Temco I got a new bolt. Only after I sent them a picture of the hole I punched when it broke, describing the metal I was punching and also explaining my experience with these types of tools. I also had to contact Amazon directly as I received no response from them. In the end, they stood by their product and seemed to care more about my feedback than my satisfaction with the tool. The drawbar was delivered very quickly and the tool is functional again. I believe it could have been a faulty part that broke in the first place, the tool appears to be a well made quality tool. My initial review was one star but since they got it right I'll give it a 4 for good quality at a great price. I would definitely buy more of their products.
