I purchased this item a month ago while waiting for a job on the front of my minivan which I have just finished. The product works without any problems on the left inner tie rod because the tie rod can be easily detached. However, on the right side, the tie rod did not break when the 30" hammer was used. So a 48 inch pipe was added to the pry bar and with little effort the tie rod snapped off. I've used a 1-10" extension, a 2-6" extension and a 1-3" extension to get clearance for a breaker to work with this product - and it always has still works lol.
