The quality is fine, it's fine to use.

Interestingly, on Linux it works even in a virtual machine under non-working windows. Those. Definitely a problem with the drivers.
Different pros:
Good signal. Breaks through a concrete wall (signal). There are no losses or breaks. It is elementarily installed, including on Linux. Easily supports multiple devices and does not get noisy from other wireless devices.
Cons:
Windows.
God forbid you pull it out after installation - the following errors will become your friends:
Error 10 - the device cannot be started.
Failed to install drivers.

Removing drivers followed by cleaning the registry and directories, rolling back to old ones, rolling in new ones and reinstalling them in other slots does not help.
