you really need it!
I wasn't sure if this would work as intended. Be sure it is. I mounted my CB on the center console and clipped it to the truck or belt and you can listen or speak as needed. Not sure about the range, but I can drive at least 100 feet inside my house with the truck locked and the windows open and I can still monitor the radio. Great value and necessity.
