Lives up to its name

'Beast' is an apt name for this vacuum cleaner. Basically it sucks. A lot of. The first time I turned it on, I got the floors clean. Really clean. Picked up dirt, floors, the foundation of my house and dirt down to the brick. My neighbor's cat has been missing for weeks and I'm fearing the worst. I have a meeting with the FAA tomorrow regarding the disappearance of a low-flying Cessna over my property. Jokes aside, this is fantastic. The suction power is a big plus, if it physically fits in the hose it ends up in the bucket. Obviously, dust and dirt, as well as hair, wood chips, nitrile gloves, paper towels are somehow swallowed. Beyond the obvious, everything else about this car is well thought out. The power cord is long enough for easy access without being bulky, the hose and nozzles are of good quality, the plastic tank is sturdy and roomy. There are also many small details that make this item amazing. For example, it comes with an exhaust silencer that does a very good job of reducing the noise level and also preventing air from entering the magazine. Most other vacuum cleaners have this accessory, which must be purchased separately. The top of this vacuum cleaner is flat, not curved, with a small rim all around. Whoever designed this clearly recognized that horizontal space is always at a premium and considered including a tool tray at the top. Even the support arms are large and roomy, making it easy to move and lift. This thing is the best value you can get. Just watch out for the helicopters
