Review on Influ2 by David Edwards

I like how it gives me an opportunity to have access with my clients in getting my marketing solutions implemented and making sure they are getting what they need from us for our business's goals/needs. Sometimes there can be some slow response time but overall not bad enough that its something I dislike. Honestly its been working out perfectly this way so far! Great software for small businesses who want to use tools which give them all of their needs met regarding social media management to increase sales. And also for large companies looking for great customer service as well as having better visibility and knowledge about whats going on within your market. Also makes communication a lot easier between client base and myself especially where I am able to see results before hand rather than waiting till months later when we start realizing results from posts we were suppose to make weeks earlier. I like that Influ2 has helped us understand how our leads are engaging with our content and campaigns. It's also helped us understand where our opportunities lie for future growth. Their customer service team is very responsive and always willing to help. As an agency, we have had some issues with the product in the past but they've been quick to respond to those concerns. We're currently using influ2 to manage all of our lead nurturing and prospect research activities.
