Used to attach the viewing window nut to the HB blast cabinet. Choose your drill wisely when using it. You will need bits of letters and numbers to properly size the hole. They are designed for AT LEAST .020 inch material. So don't use them unless you are that fat! Measure the SMOOTH part of the rivet nut, NOT the barbed part of the barrel. Match the bit to the diameter of the smooth part of the rivet nut. For example, the 10-24 threaded nut I used required a J-type drill to match the diameter of the threaded nut. So be careful when choosing the right drill bit. Remember that if you use them often, you will need to purchase letter and number drill bits to ensure the hole is drilled the correct size. I had no trouble installing it, but depending on your socket, you'll need strong hand and arm strength to squeeze these rivets together! They all held up the first time and work very well.
