Good cap, short strap.
Bought for my 2006 PT Cruiser - said to be a direct replacement but the belt is too short. So the cap works fine, but I can't hang it like the original could. But better than a normal cap. The strap pulls out fairly easily, allowing me to use the cap without getting hung up on the strap being too short.
