The best part about VistServiceDesk is its easy-to-use interface and its ability to integrate easily into your existing infrastructure. It also has a lot of great features such as ticketing, email notification, knowledge base, etc. As a small business owner, I've been able to utilize all these tools at once with ease. There are some minor glitches here and there but nothing too major. I would highly recommend using this product if you're looking for something with a wide array of tools. This is a great tool for managing issues across multiple departments within your organization. It can be used by both internal and external employees. I am solving ticketing issues from my desk. I like best how easy it was when we had issues or questions solved by email within minutes! The system itself can be confusing at times but not sure if its because of my lack understanding as opposed from what they are saying about me (it could also have been something else). We love having all our computers managed under one umbrella allowing us more productivity while minimizing downtime/maintenance costs etc..
