Disassembles this WIX and standard Jaguar filter for Jag XJ6. The signature Jag filter was so outstanding that I was shocked. It had twice the filter media of the WIX, was slightly longer, had a better bypass valve, higher quality construction with heavier metals for the body and base. I've always found WIX to be good, but very disappointed. Baldwin was even worse than WIX for this application. Hastings was as much a filter as Baldwin. The American FRAM was the worst in every way while the Italian made European FRAM was good and is exactly the same filter as the OEM Jag. Hengst was a very good filter, almost as good as Jag's OEM filter.
