Best Ticketer Application ever used!!!

This product has been very helpful to our team in managing issues with customers who have requested services from my organization, along with solving problems internally that are often related through cause of service or customer contact via phone/email correspondence. It isn't always intuitive at first, but we've had some good training recently (thanks Ben!) and it's helping us streamline processes within the software so far. I like how much data is available here in order to manage internal projects - including those not necessarily linked directly to customers- and having all this information readily accessible will save me SO MUCH TIME! As mentioned above, though, being able to find this info easily when looking up tickets would be fantastic if possible. Using the interface for one project, you can see every detail about each email communication with your clients. And yes, there IS an app too!! The support provided by Scopedsk staff regarding both products helps immensely throughout any given project lifecycle. The best part is that it helps in creating tickets, assigning them to team members or customers using tags like priority etc., It's easy & quick way of resolving customer issues without much effort from our end! Nothing yet I can think about but they are working hard towards solving all my queries related with their product usage so far its good enought answer most people questions quickly which makes life easier than before!! Highly recommended if you're looking out there ticketing software!
