Best Ticketer Application ever used!!!

This product has been very helpful to our team in managing issues with customers who have requested services from my organization, along with solving problems internally that are often related through cause of service or customer contact via phone/email correspondence. It isn't always intuitive at first, but we've had some good training recently (thanks Ben!) and it's helping us streamline processes within the software so far. Simple yet powerful Customer Service Software

I like that it's simple to use, so my staff members can easily learn how this great product works very quickly! It does take some time learning all of its features; however when you do understand everything there is here in one place your work will be much more efficient!! We are able solve our customer support issues with ease using scopesedek software because we have multiple departments working together solving problems/issues at once from many different locations around country.
