DO NOT BUY! I SAY AGAIN, DON'T BUY! The product has arrived and is being assembled at the factory. Didn't come with new equipment. Once installed, I was able to lift the spare tire about half way before the problems started. A loud click is heard when scrolling. The lift acts like a torque wrench and no longer lifts the spare wheel. He blew up the wheel and then tried to lift it again. Click, click, click. drop something else Click, click, click. Go to the bottom of the garage. Nothing but a click. I guess what I'm trying to say is that this elevator is an ENTIRE WASTE OF MONEY! Revain, to save your customers time and frustration, please remove this product from your site.
