Nice and compact just don't know how practical it is

This is a beautifully crafted item. I found the frosting to be consistent and have a quality feel to it, but there are a few issues with use. The hole is quite small and my small female hand can barely fit in it. The weights are easy to insert now, but I don't know how later when I'm trying to get at fermented foods. The water gully on top means the underside - the top interior - has a groove where food can easily fall, making cleaning difficult. Maybe I could use that for something like water kimchi or a fermented drink like beet kvass where it's less solid than liquid. In these cases, of course, I wouldn't use weights. Still considering whether to use it.
