The ease of use, ability to customize reports with different views (such as by date range), great customer service from support team at all levels when needed! I wish there was more flexibility in scheduling work orders such it could be scheduled through multiple methods including email or phone call but this may not always occur depending upon availability during business hours etc., would like option where you can enter times directly into schedule so no need going back & forth between 2 programs- just one place!! Ability create customized schedules per time period which helps us track our workloads throughout each month very effectively without having too many tabs open up within program itself.-ability have 1 view showing what we are working towards accomplishing over next few months vs past several years -helps keep focus moving forward instead looking backwards w previous year's goals achieved!
