My kitty LOVES this! Highly recommended!

I had to let my two beloved old dogs go in April. Since then, I've noticed my cat showing signs of not only missing her furry sisters, but also being bored with no dogs to harass.I went on a quest for toys that would stimulate her, occupy her time, and provide a little exercise. I bought a red laser light that runs 20 minutes or so, giving her something to chase. I got a set of toys that dangle. Last I needed something to exercise her brain. She is very inquisitive, so I chose this item for its many different ways of housing treats. My huntress figured it out fairly quickly and it is fun to watch her use it. I highly recommend it.So why 4 stars? I think it is prone to damage to the raindrop flaps, simply as a function of the design. It would be nice if they provided a couple extra raindrops for when it inevitably happens. The plastic of the body is somewhat thin. It will not be easy to clean, as the sliding pieces cannot be removed, nor the rotating wheel. I think I'll have to resort to soaking in hot soapy water. That's it for negative points. The positives FAR outweigh these issues.

Pros
  • Fun for both cats and their owners alike
Cons
  • Could be too loud when played with
