I have purchased several sets of cambacks in the past and they work great. It's not the strongest strap I've used, but it will get the job done. I would compare them to the HDX brand that Home Depot sells. It took me 10 feet to secure items in my pickup truck from corner to corner. If I was doing something heavier or belaying a heavy load, I would take something with more power. You must load the strap from the bottom of the Kambakla and UNDER the steering wheel. Holds up great. If you load from the front or top then yes it will slide off. I used wire cutters to open the package because they were crossing the border, probably to deter shoplifting. The total time to open the package and insert all 4 straps for later use was 5 minutes. It's not that hard guys. These are not ratchet buckles so understand what you are buying. I prefer them to ratchets, the strap is never tied.
