Review on 🔧 TEKTON 5547: Powerful 4 Ton Dual Gear Power Puller for Effective Lifting and Towing by Brody Jacobs

In general, I love this item. But I would like to give 4.9 stars. This is a well built device. Significantly more than in my previous community. BUT it has a ridiculous bug. The puller is held together with several strong bolts and nuts. It's good. But there are three pens held in place by small, almost useless plastic clips. I didn't realize it until I found one of the pins on the floor the first time I used it. How did it get there? clip found. MY GOD. It's just a thin piece of plastic. Put it back together but have little hope it will last until next use. So I'll go to the hardware store and buy matching nuts and bolts to replace them. In terms of ease of use, no manual puller is easy to use, especially when it comes to releasing tension. But the stress relief design in this one is a bit better than my previous one. I've seen reviews complaining that their devices have poor lubrication when they come out of the box. I didn't see that as a problem for me. But some oil, especially on the trigger, is a good idea. All in all I really like this unit. By the way, I always wear gloves when using overalls.
