Review on RepRapper Gray PLA 3D Printer Filament 1 by Justin Albright

Has large differences in base color throughout the spool resulting in distinct light and dark streaks in the final product. This is really unforgivable. The metallic look really only appears on prints with MANY surface variations, such as B. Figures. Even then, its luster is much lower than other metallic threads I've used. It turned out to be very sensitive to temperature and humidity variations of the environment. What was printed the previous day failed to stick to the bed, crumbled, or stuck to the previous layer, although the only variable was whether it was a rainy or sunny day. I expect some changes depending on the weather but this was extreme. The promised nozzle cleaner was not included, which is a good thing, because I have no doubt that it would break off immediately inside the extruder. And to top it off, a giant chip was knocked out on the reel, but there was no matching chip in the sealed package, suggesting it was damaged at the factory. The name "RepRapper" is misleading. I don't know if it's branded but if it is there should be a complaint as it's really poor quality.
