Review on Vitally by Jennifer Campbell

I like how easy it was for me personally in getting started using vitually! It has all of my customer information already set up so its very simple once you get past step 1 (which took less than 5 minutes). There isn't anything i dislike about this product yet but if there were any improvements they would be minor tweaks rather then overhauls or new features added which could make things more complex overall instead just making them easier/simpler while still having everything needed at hand when starting out such an awesome tool. Great way keep track offampaign activities by clients etc., keeping records easily accessible via excel file format also great feature allowing users multiple ways inputting info through both online forms & offline methods makes tracking client workflows efficient even though not everyone uses computer daily we have people who do however being able access their account remotely no matter where ever around world allows us quick response times regarding issues needing attention especially during holidays / vacations away periods I have been using vitally for almost 2 years now. It's a great tool for all our CSM activities. We're able to manage all of our customer accounts in one place and it's very easy to use. The support is also excellent. Sometimes there are some issues but they always come up with a solution. I would recommend this product to anyone who needs an account management software. It has helped us a lot in managing our customer relationships.
