Why is this really nice case so cheap? Because the fan was added after the fact and you don't know it's fake until you receive it. The problem is that there are no holes in the case for airflow. Hot air circulates inside the case but never escapes. This is a small convection oven. I didn't want to return this cute case so I cut a hole for the fan. I googled infrared photos from Jeff Gerling showing that the USB circuitry is the hottest part of the board (not the processor). I used a 1" hole saw. 1 1/8" would be better. 1 1/4 is too big. Now that really hot air can get out, this is a great little case for the RPI 4.
