(not) buy this tool!

Update: After about my first favorite month this key broke today. Less than a year later! Today I pulled a wrench out of my pocket and my jaw just popped out! I usually keep it in one of my side pockets, but today I left it in my back pocket. I must have sat on it weirdly, but still incredibly sad that this key didn't even last 6 months. As an apprentice locksmith in my freshman year, I was trying to figure out which tools were good to have on hand. my husband and what's best left in the gang's drawer. One tool I've found necessary is an adjustable wrench. Whether I'm installing a ball valve or adjusting a riser clamp, I find adjustable wrenches extremely useful. After a lot of research I came across the Bahco 9031R key and this is what I found. Wide jaws have proven to be very useful! Its 8" length allows me to squeeze into tight spaces and use this wrench as a backup for an 18" tubular wrench! The markings on the jaw are very precise and the jaw stays taut throughout the work I've done with it! The steel used seems pretty solid which is a plus. The key was undamaged. The tolerances on this bad boy are also extremely tight. There is virtually no play in the jaws and in my experience this wrench can grip objects up to 1/16 inch in size. All I have to say is that if you're looking for a professional-level adjustable wrench that fits in your back pocket, look no further! Buy this wrench!
