Review on Podium by Rusty Heredia

There are many benefits of using PODIUM for my business like getting in touch directly with clients without having go through agent/manager which saves lot time & also helps avoid duplicate data entry as client will update it self automatically once their done posting. Also I love how user friendly they make things by reducing steps involved when submitting new info or responding to queries etc so easy peasy! If nothing comes up i would certainly recommend this tool because its really very simple and intuitive to use even if you have no IT background at all!! Would definitely keep trying other features out but not yet found anything wrong thus far :) we can easily communicate to our current online audience who might be looking into selling services locally (and eventually offline) about us and products / offers available here. I like the ease of use, the fact that it is a platform that is easy to use and has a lot of flexibility. I would like to see Podium become more affordable for small businesses. I am able to reach out to customers and collect feedback in a timely manner. I am able to use the platform to send out surveys and to collect payments. I really like the fact that I can send out surveys to customers and get feedback on a timely basis.
