Really good but with some limitations

I love this product, it installs quickly and is incredibly easy to use, but there is a trick I haven't figured out yet. Most of the devices I've tried work fine with this USB hub. I use this hub to extend the USB port from my office gaming computer to my living room where I have connected a wireless HDMI extender for video so I can play and watch movies in my living room without a game console. Anyway, for the USB hub I'm using the pre-installed cat5e I have at my house, I'm assuming it's only 80ft from the computer to the hub. So far, my Steam controller, USB mouse and keyboard, and Logitech HD webcam have all worked great. However, when I plug in my mini bluetooth adapter so I can voice chat while gaming, it causes all sorts of lag on other USB devices (they stop responding, then they start responding a little randomly), and Windows eventually stops to see everything. I could attribute it to a poorly made, cheap Bluetooth adapter, but the adapter works great when plugged directly into a computer. So maybe an enhanced USB hub is more susceptible to interference? I am not sure. I also have an old Logitech Harmony One remote that I was trying to update while connected to a hub. Windows recognized the device and Logitech tried to update it, but about halfway through the update it just shuts down and stops responding to the computer. As with the Bluetooth adapter, this is not the case when connected directly to the PC. Maybe it's a power issue, maybe it's a glitch, maybe it's a hub, I'm not sure. Mileage may vary and hopefully it works with your devices.
