Review on 🍳 12 Inch Square Grill Pan with Nonstick Granite Coating - ESLITE LIFE by Mike Lunde

At first I didn't want to buy ESLite LIFE because of the strange name. I wanted to buy a more well known brand, I believe "GraniteStone Cookware" but after reading all the GraniteStone material reviews, the reading lids would not close, warped bottoms, warped lids, some won't stick and some won't, etc. etc. I decided to do something different, I'm glad I did. After my first experience I was blown away and will buy the full set plus extras. I have a regular stove. Turn the temperature up to 6, put a couple of chicken thighs with a lid on. I let them cook for a while until they were nice and golden brown on one side, flipped them over (slightly where other pans were already stuck), cooked them on the other side with the lid closed and they came out pristine. Plan to clean with a double ended scrubbing brush and it was easy. Then cooked bacon, burgers, nothing sticks to this pan. I also tried boiling an overly easy egg in a pan and while it came out a bit odd because of the grid lines in the pan, it didn't stick at all, not even a bit. Boil the egg again at 5.5 to 6. If you use these pans, make sure they work best on low to medium heat. I DEFINITELY recommend this skillet/set to anyone looking for a great value, quality non-stick cookware. it is 5
