Update 14072021 I am amazed and delighted. IEMAI replaced my broken coil. That's a level of customer service I'm not used to. EIMAI cares about my experience with their product. It gives me a very good feeling to trust their product. Update 08072021IEMAI extended the range to replace the problematic spool. I will change my mind when my experience requires it. In the meantime, I'm upvoting my review based on the fact that this company cares enough that they actually contact me. That's rare these days. I bought two spools of these. The first worked very well. OK. The print was clean and smooth and the detail was really excellent. The second spool will snag on each layer of filament on the spool. each time at the beginning a new layer is glued onto the spool. I don't have time for such nonsense.
