Installed 2 in our 2003 Subaru Outback 3.0 H6. One for the tensioner and one for the tensioner. They are made of metal, not resin or plastic, and are black in color, although they appear silver. I haven't measured with a caliper, but they appear to be 1 or 2mm larger in diameter than the stock pulley. They are also missing the hem/comb on the back of the pulley like the stockings. They were installed along with the new Bando sickle. Belt. The tracking is fine so far. The packaging says Made in the USA, but the bearing is from the Chinese manufacturer C&U, so many will consider this a minus - time will tell.
