This kettle looks great on my black glass hob! Under my stainless and black microwave. Appearance will be replaced with his "Value Pack". For example, the whistle cap is a thumb stub on the handle, meaning you can lift it to stop whistling water that's still hot after use. That way you can let it cool on a warm burner, if desired, and create steam and not a whistle. The lid is positioned so I can lift it up to fill hot without burning my hands. I don't recommend anyone trying this because I can be faster or do it in a special way and I don't want anyone to get vapor burns, but that's my experience. It heats up quickly and is easy to hold and pour, even for small hands. Enjoy!
