Worked perfectly for me!
Works great in my environment. I bought one and then had to buy 4 more to add unmanaged LabelWriters and Scanners. If they are online I can now manage them via GPOs; exactly what i need. Setup: 1. Connect power and Ethernet to LAN2. I connected to the local network and manually changed my IP address to 192.168.1.13 and kept my internal gateway3. Login to the print server at 192.168.1.10 (this was the default value for the print server listed on the paper that came with it)4. Change the TCP/IP settings on the print server to match your internal network so you can manage it5. Set a static IP for your device6. Change password for security reasons
