but overall I was happy with this stuff

I ordered this stuff to make a two way mirror for a magic mirror project I was working on in class. I'm sure the material I put it on had a big impact on the outcome, but overall I was happy with this stuff. It was very reflective when denied any backlighting and easy to see through when I put it over my computer monitor. I would suggest this as a low cost/easy solution if you're looking to make something similar.

Pros

It provides 24-hour privacy by reflecting light during the daytime and blocking out light from the outside at night

Cons

One-way mirror films may create a sense of isolation or detachment from the surrounding environment
