**Update 09/27/19: Communication with the manufacturer has satisfied me with my previously mentioned problems. Their support team was fully responsive to me and I'm happy with the outcome. They offered to replace or refund the money at my discretion. This is exceptional customer service and I have increased their star rating from 1 to 5. This is a good seller behind their products. Old review: I bought this center and it seemed to be of good quality. Although I rarely used it as an extension hub from my Mac port, two ports became unresponsive when I tried to turn them on with the side button. This was after just 19 days of use and without using those specific ports other than turning them on and off on receipt to make sure they're working. Well, they don't work now. I just wanted to do something during Revain's comeback period, but I was too busy and forgot to do it in time.
