Have you ever bought a product and the manual was written by a Chinese who doesn't speak English? That's what you get with this lock. The instructions are unclear and incomplete. The lock is also poorly designed. The application is terrible and in Chinese. Don't let the looks and price fool you. 05/18/2020 - I received an email in horribly broken English that they will give me $30 if I remove the product review. "We are aware that you have returned this door lock and we are sorry that we cannot assist you after getting it working. But personally I would like to request a $30 refund from my company. I would like make an application a gift amazon card for you as compensation.how do you like it.if yes please let me know and i will apply as soon as possible,thanks.by the way i know our castle really love you inconvenience. so I have to apologize again for that, I'm sorry!"
