I've confirmed this by watching some videos from Arbortech and a few other people. It really works in a way that is unique to me and is pretty easy to use. Wood texture will always be wood grain - no tool will cut through it without tearing unless you understand that texture must always be considered - this tool is no different. BUT it's easier if you hold it at an angle instead of straight down. They have very little or no recoil or impact on most types of wood. Cut out a larger piece? Work diagonally and in a circle without much pressure. It won't seem like he's doing much, but stop for a moment and look at how much wood he's removed and you'll understand. Is it expensive? Yes? Is it worth the money? YUP!
