Update: ESR customer service is really outstanding. Added a star to track my issues. All in all, the Halolock concept is really good, but the execution is a bit off. The magnets are very strong once attached, but there are a few issues that I encountered when traveling with my iPhone 12 Pro Max with a Magsafe case, also from ESR. Time (20-30) minutes of driving tilts the phone down. Over time, the phone also tilts left/right while driving, which is a bit annoying when you move the phone to your desired position and it's moving slowly. I've never had such a problem with the standard clamping mechanism - it gets very hot when charging, which eventually affects the functioning of the phone itself. I feel like I need a mini fan for that on road trips
