Quality made in the USA I think it's worth every penny compared to these imported items. However, I will make it clear that these are your old-school basic elements. Regular point (so you may need a center punch), easy to sharpen, NO REDUCED SHANK so you must use a 1/2" bit. Very important - these bits will NOT screw into what you are drilling like many of the newer types. So many of the new breed are unwieldy with a cordless drill (like the rest of us), they quickly screw into material, twisting the wrist - and worse! I am very happy with these beats.
