Love storage space. Hung in its tightest position, it will still sag in your field of view and is terrible for a tall person when installed in an SUV. Trucks would be different with more headroom. Using it alone would have been fine, and the loss of rear view was bearable on the road. I can't imagine how low it would hang with something tight like pillows, clothes, etc. Overnight storage would be perfect for on the go. I've only used it for maps and light windows. This helped gently remove them from the seats or cargo area. Once the tension has been adjusted by adjusting the straps, they can be easily removed and reinstalled. Best diagonally for better tension control.
