Review on PRO BIKE TOOL Bicycle Handlebars by Steve Brethorst

Excellent sound but unstable. Sometimes it loosens and rattles on bad roads. Pull it too tight and it will dampen the ring. I was happy at first, but since trying the Spurcycle I've realized this is China junk. I don't know why the bell itself is screwed onto the bracket, but with daily use on uneven surfaces this is annoying for the reasons mentioned above. Much cheaper than a spur gear, so there's that. will spur if I pick up the nerve to toss $50 on a tiny bike bell. Update - lost rubber ring holding it in place although it was inevitable... either that or it would rot, don't know how to install without cheap component... although it was effective they don't provide a backup or a way to get more.
