I like that it can search multiple directories at once, as well as in sub-directories. This allows me to be more efficient with my time searching for documents without having to go through one directory after another. Sometimes when you are using it there will be some lag between clicking something and actually seeing it happen. If this happens then just wait until everything loads up again before continuing. The only thing about this tool that bugs me sometimes is how slow it gets, especially if there's a lot of items being searched for. But it does work eventually! Searching for documents quickly and efficiently has become much easier since we've started using this program. We have been able to find very specific files faster than ever before which makes our jobs so much easier. Also, because it searches all areas of our computer (including external hard drive), we don't always need to look into each folder separately. There really isn't anything bad about.
