This router bit is best used with a router table but can be plunge cut to cut a pocket or used for hand routing. The 1/4" TC Full Solid Cutter has an overall length of 2", spiral shape and sharpening including tip. The pictures show the cutter and its pointed end, a close-up of the size and spiral flute. This quality cutter comes in a plastic tube holder and has a flexible vinyl tip protector that keeps the tip secure, closed and sharp until next use. . The seller states that this drill is made of high quality, hard, fine-grain carbide for durability and strength. The tool bit has precise workmanship and a glossy finish. It's very well done.
