Review on Axial Healthcare by Adam Roman

I like that Axial is a software that can work with any insurance provider. It's easy to use and has a lot of different features that you can use to your advantage. I dislike that the billing is difficult to navigate and the interface is not very user friendly. I have been able to use the app to help with my opioid use disorder. I've been able to track my use and my doctor has been able to see that I'm not overusing the medication. The customer service is excellent! I have been working in this field since 2010 so it's nice that there isn't much change from year one when you first join up until today (2018). There are no downsides as of now but we do need more training/education about how other programs work across insurance plans or PPOs because some people don’t know what they're doing if their plan doesn't cover certain procedures etc….
