Comfortable on my review.
This is not a "cooling" seat. It is NOT recommended for hot weather. It does make my seat more comfortable. I do believe in magnetic therapy. My back and hips did not hurt during my 10hr day. But it has no ventilation qualities.

- It reduces instances of headaches, which can be caused by poor blood flow
Cons
- The cushion may become misshapen over time, reducing its effectiveness
