The caps are fine but leave oil on the spark plugs

I installed these caps over a year ago and for some reason I have had misfires. Now we understand that I was never sent a gasket around the spark plugs and that there was no oil on my spark plugs. There were no problems with the caps but the gaskets for the candles were never sent. I also found these covers cheaper on eBay with all the gaskets over half.
